Fun should be a part of Adulting. All work and no play makes us very miserable people and I don’t want to be miserable. Yesterday, I was able to attend Media Day for Dave & Busters and boy did I have a BLAST! Birmingham, Alabama, my new adopted city, is really expanding and bringing amazing things to it’s residents. Dave & Busters is just one of the new places coming here that I know I will be at at least once a week. I love that the place is not only for adults to unwind and have fun but also for children and everyone in-between. The perfect day date and date night should always include a trip to Dave & Busters.
The media day consisted of a guided tour, an amazing sampling of their food and drinks and all the games we could play. I have never felt more like a worry-free teenager than when I was inside the Birmingham Dave & Buster’s. The all new building is located at the Riverchase Galleria in Hoover, Alabama. The place is massive, boasting 33,000 square feet of pure joy. For my husband, who is an Alabama Football fan, he will love that the bar is a state-of-the-art sports bar with wall-to-wall television screens. With over 175 games, lots of delicious food and fun, I know this place will be a success and asset in this city.
Now, can I show you some of the amazing good I had the pleasure of eating while at Dave & Busters? My favorite has to be the “Impossible Burger” because it’s a vegetarian plant-based burger that tastes just like a 100% USDA prime burger. Yes, I said it, the burger was a veggie burger that I ate two of them and wanted more.
Doesn’t all that good food make you want to run out right now and go through those doors of Dave & Busters? When you get there, don’t forget to get one of their amazing one-of-a-kind drinks. Their bartenders are not only knowledgeable but friendly and can make a refreshing drink.
So, whether you go for the food, the drinks, the fellowship or to watch a game, Dave & Busters will have everything you need to have a good time. Grab your girl friends, your fantasy football league or your family and make Dave & Busters you’re new hang out spot…you’ll thank me later.
