The best of 2020 fashion trends all in one place
This quarantine is not going to last forever. I’m taking this little space to thank all the men and women on the frontlines of the healthcare and service industry helping us to maintain during these trying times. Covid19 will not be here with us forever. Praying for those affected by the virus and those who have lost loved ones, may God be with you.
Now, let’s get into some spring and summer fashion trends so that you can be ahead of the curve once quarantine is over and life returns back to normal. This post will be listing some of my favorite trends in dress, shoes and bags. Let’s get started:
Here are some things to keep in mind as you read: Pantone has named classic blue as the color of the year, mules are back and better than ever, Bottega Veneta is taking all of our coins and orange is the new black.
DRESS TRENDS 2020
Crotchet: This isn’t your grandmother’s crotchet. Modern crotchet is going to be on trend for spring/summer 2020 so grab yours and run to your nearest brunch party.
Buttery Leather: We’ve already seen this fashion trend on so many celebrities and bloggers this spring. You would think leather is only for cool weather, but these buttery leather looks are light enough for the warmer spring months going into summer.
Bey Orange: The queen of fashion trends herself has approved this color. You know when Beyonce makes this color a HUGE part of her 2020 collection that it’s going to be trending all year long. Orange is definitely the new black.
Bermuda Suited & Dots: These are two trends that I will definitely be giving a try. A great tip with the Bermuda suit is to find the right pair of shorts that hit you at the right place on your leg. You don’t want to come out looking short or stumpy or looking like you are wearing your daughters capris…lol!
Honorable Mentions: These are trends we’ve seen before or added details to already popping trends. From puff sleeves to sequin pieces to hot pants to 70’s print, you will find some trend that you will love this spring/summer.
